This is an individual/family round trip along a historic 10 km narrow-gauge rail track from a picturesque Vadstena to Fågelsta on the main line between Mjölby and Motala.

No guides, full freedom for unlimited breaks to admire the countryside or have a picnic. Take as long as you like - an hour or two or all day.

A railbike is a modern form of a rail trolley (draisine) used for inspection and personnel transportation along the track. Vadstena Dressin´s railbikes are designed for single-person operation with seats for 1 passenger and space for a picnic basket. Why not rent 2 -3 railbikes for the whole family?

Railbikes are more solidly built and heavier than bicycles, but operation is easy - even a child can pedal them. This is a relaxed mode of transport, out in the woods and fields.
